As a result of the environmental examination of the estate, which lies in a developing region where many new high-rise buildings are being constructed, it has been decided that the mass should be heading towards three main frontage. Especially the Longonot Road and the Kenya Road which enclose the Project area gain importance in the building approach and the aspect of the view to be seen from the upper mass.

The mass movevements which vary as the building that includes offices, residences, a spa center, a multi-storey car park if needed and meeting halls rises, put emphasis on the transition of each function of the building.
