In the estate which is nearby a university and a hospital,regarding the usage requirements of the region,the main target of the Project is bringing a solution to the intensity of the construction area by using modular, mainly one bedroom housing units. In this regard, a continuous block with some fractions defining the functional differences has been created. On the ground floor and the platforms located on the upper floors, landscape areas have been created to serve all the utilisers but at the same time to provide outdoor privacy arising from the functional differences by the mass movements
